This is my Mom's Recipe....Happy Thanksgiving Ya'll!!!!!

Party Potatoes

5 pounds potatoes (about 9 large potatoes)

3 oz. cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp. onion salt

1 tsp. salt

1/4tsp. black pepper

2 Tbsp. butter

Peel and cook potatoes in a pot of boiling water.

Cook until potatoes are tender.

Drain. Mash until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.

Can be served immediately OR cool and place in refrigerator.

May be kept in fridge for up to two weeks.

To use place desired amount in greased casserole dish,

dot with butter & bake in moderate oven (350) until heated through.

Can be heated in microwave if you just want a single

serving at a time.
