Disco Demolition Night!!!!(1979)Aerosmith on Wayne's World 2-17-90This is my Mom's Recipe....Happy Thanksgiving Ya'll!!!!!Party Potatoes5 pounds potatoes (about 9 large potatoes)3 oz. cream cheese1 cup sour cream2 tsp. onion salt1 tsp. salt1/4tsp. black pepper2 Tbsp. butterPeel and cook potatoes in a pot of boiling water.Cook until potatoes are tender.Drain. Mash until smooth.Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.Can be served immediately OR cool and place in refrigerator.May be kept in fridge for up to two weeks.To use place desired amount in greased casserole dish,dot with butter & bake in moderate oven (350) until heated through.Can be heated in microwave if you just want a singleserving at a time.
